Terms & Conditions

Application Application for booking of apartment is to be made through prescribed form or proper channel.
After receiving the application preliminary discussion will be made with both parties. The applicant
will make down payment as per discussion within specified period. After receiving the down payment the company will execute an agreement with the client.
Payment Schedule The buyer must adhere to the installment schedule strictly to ensure timely completion of the construction work.
Payments All payment shall be made by account payee cheque, bank draft, pay order in favour of Sreeja AR
Builders Ltd. against which money receipt will be issued. Cost of Parking and Utility connection will
be added with the apartment price.
Transfer & Registration The buyer shall bear all costs relating to transfer, registration, VAT, gain tax & AIT.
Utility Connection Utility Connection fees, security deposit and any incidental expenses related to utility connection
are not included in the price of the apartment.
Owner’s Association The buyer must be a member of owner’s association which will be formed by the owner of apartments to manage the project after handover.
